Meet Andrea Fernandez Giese

My journey is a testament to perseverance, passion, and the transformative power of real estate.
At just 17, I left Colombia and came to the U.S. with big dreams and barely any English. Like many immigrants, I started from scratch, but I never let that stop me. I worked my way up from underwriting, learning the mortgage process from the inside out. This has definitely been part of my success in the mortgage business. I know how to structure your loan to fit your needs.
That foundation gave me a deep understanding of what it really takes to get people into homes and more importantly, how to guide them through it with clarity, confidence, and care.
Today, I help first-time homebuyers, growing families, and real estate investors achieve their financial goals through strategic lending solutions. Educating and empowering others is my greatest passion, because when you understand the power of real estate, you can change your life.
But I don’t just talk about it , I live it!!. I’m also an active real estate investor with several rental properties and flips in my portfolio. I’ve built wealth through real estate and now I help others do the same, showing them how to go from homeowners to investors to financially free.
I’m also proud to serve on the board of NAHREP Greater Las Vegas, staying on the front lines of industry trends and advocating for more homeownership opportunities in our community.
Outside of work, I’m a travel junkie who’s been blessed to visit over 39 countries. I love great food, big laughs, rich cultures, and deep conversations. Whether I’m guiding a client through a loan or trying a street taco in Mexico City, I try to keep things honest, human, and fun.
